Westminster Towers opened its doors to the very first residents June 1, 1989. In 1997, Westminster Towers became the first retirement campus in South Carolina to be accredited by the National Continuing Care Accreditation Commission. Our mission is to provide services that inspire, encourage, and empower seniors while demonstrating the love of Christ to support individual well-being.
Today, our community offers 131 Independent Living apartment homes, 45 Assisted Living suites, 11 Medicare Certified Short Term Rehabilitation rooms, and 33 Long Term Care rooms.
In 2008, HomeBridge, an extension of the ministry of Westminster Towers was founded, providing non-medical caregiver services to Westminster Towers’ residents and the community at large.

The Senior Living Sales Consultant (SLSC) is responsible for responding to telephone and walk-in inquiries, setting and conducting scheduled marketing sales appointments/tours, and closing sales for Independent Living. Ultimate performance measures for this position will be based on meeting occupancy and census goals established in the annual budget.
Base salary plus commission potential for each move-in and high occupancy rates.
Job Function:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing (DOM), this role is sales and service-oriented in nature. The SLSC respectfully interacts with residents of Westminster Towers, prospective residents, family members of prospective residents, and the public. The SLSC maintains a positive customer service relationship practicing honesty and integrity in all aspects of job performance. In the performance of duties, the SLSC is entrusted with but not limited to the following responsibilities.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Participate in the daily sales activity to ensure that monthly sales and marketing activity goals are met. This will include making telephone calls to the lead base, setting appointments, conducting tours, making presentations (marketing appointments), and following up on leads to facilitate move-ins to Westminster Towers.
- Process leads in a timely and appropriate manner using a CRM system.
- Participates in Marketing Team Meetings to develop marketing strategies.
- Assist the DOM to implement direct mail and other marketing mailings as defined in the marketing plan.
- Work with DOM to identify new referral sources and potential lead-generating activities to meet the sales goals of Westminster community. Implement networking activities as directed.
- Assist, as requested, with planning, organizing, and hosting Marketing Promotional Events for prospective residents.
Additional Marketing Activities:
- Assist the DOM to work collaboratively with lead staff in Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Rehab, HomeBridge and Facilities management to meet the needs of Westminster Towers and new residents moving into the community.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional sales experience, 2 of the years in senior living preferred.
- Understanding and knowledge of continuing care retirement communities preferred.
- Must be comfortable working in and representing a faith-based, senior living community.
- Marketing/sales ability
- Good oral communication and writing skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of senior adults and their needs
- Courtesy and tact when dealing with potential residents and their family members
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Credibility, maturity and enthusiasm
- Ability to identify clients’ needs
- Experience with CRM systems preferred
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or management is strongly preferred.

Provides care for residents which require a skilled level of personal attention in the

At this time, we are seeking full time and part Housekeepers to join our team!
- Perform cleaning procedures in Independent Living, the Manor and the Health Center in accordance with facility policy.
- Observe waste disposal procedures in accordance with facility policy.
- Follow oral and written directions.\
- Maintain assigned equipment for cleanliness/functioning and request repairs as necessary.
- Observe and report the need to repair any and all equipment, furniture, or fixtures to supervisor.
- Report any observed area in poor repair to supervisor.
- Perform floor care of carpet and tile floors, both in public areas and cleaning of resident carpet as needed/requested.
- Collect soiled resident flat laundry and transport to Laundry Room. Return clean laundry to residents per policy.
- Set up and tear down for special events, programs and activities, per work orders and as instructed by management.
- Empty trash cans across campus, paying particular attention to Health Center resident care areas.
- Clean resident laundry rooms across campus.
- Sweep and mop stairwells.
- Deliver packages, flowers etc. to residents.
